Everyone is welcome and no proof of diagnosis is needed!

If you feel you would benefit from the sensory friendly and neurodiversity inclusive adjustments, you’re welcome and encouraged to attend, along with your friends and family of course. Autism friendly cinema screenings are for everybody to enjoy, all we ask if that you respect the environment and other guests.

Autism friendly partner cinemas

We guide cinemas through the adjustments in our free training and advice. We encourage all cinemas to personalise their screenings to help their guests feel welcome and comfortable.

  • Cineworld

    “Cineworld was one of the first cinemas to join Dimensions autism friendly screenings, and we haven’t looked back. It’s very important for us to be able to offer inclusive screenings for people with autism and help them enjoy the world of film.”

  • Odeon

    “We understand our cinemas are large, busy and exciting environments and for some this creates barriers or results in sensory overload. We’ve developed a regular program of screenings designed to create a relaxed and safe environment.”

  • Picturehouse

    “Being inclusive and welcoming is part of our culture. Picturehouse are thrilled to partner with Dimensions so we, and other cinemas, can all work together to help more autistic people enjoy the cinema.”

  • Showcase

    Showcase have been hosting autism friendly cinema screenings since 2015 and now their sensory friendly films are at their cinemas at least once a month.

  • The Light

    “Our staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful – and we work hard to minimise barriers to attendance for guests. We screen regular autism friendly screenings at all our sites, where we make adjustments for guests.”

  • Vue

    Vue has been hosting autism friendly cinema screenings since 2013 and their sensory-friendly screenings are on the last Sunday of every month at all sites except West End.
