Our lead trainers

Sarah Walters, Dimensions Campaigns Manager

Sarah began questioning her own neurodiversity after lockdown, when returning to societal norms felt overwhelming. Diagnosed as an adult with ADHD, she is now awaiting her formal autism diagnosis after nearly two years. Her journey of self-discovery fuels her passion for creating more inclusive spaces.

Michelle Rebello, Dimensions Social Media Officer and Autism Advocate

Michelle grew up feeling different but didn’t understand why. Autism in girls was barely recognised at the time, so she didn’t receive her diagnosis until adulthood – after all three of her children were diagnosed. Now, as a published author and founder of a support group for autistic families, she brings a wealth of lived experience to help others navigate a neurodiverse world.

She is admired for her positive and energetic personality and her fundraising achievements.
